Mander Shopping Centre - Flat Roof Refurbishment

The roof build up was a concrete deck split over 2,300m² of different roofs at various levels over the Mander shopping centre, Wolverhampton. Existing drainage was minimal and downpipes were old and corroded with leaking joints.

JDB Roofing provided a specification of a Protan EXA 1.5 adhered system which would give our client a 20-year manufacturers-backed warranty, also with the reassurance of the membrane being approved and tested by the British Board of Agreement.
